Shipping & Deliveries

We are now accepting orders & shipping orders to all pincodes. Based on guidelines issued by Government of India, we are delivering to all zones except Containment areas.

International shipping : Write to us at support@kolkolbabycarrier.com to place an order for payment in USD.

We will not be able to accept any exchanges for orders, given the current COVID-19 pandemic. Whatsapp us on +91 93150 08745 for any queries to ensure you order the right baby carrier for you. 

Our Delivery timelines may get impacted. We are doing our best to make sure your orders reach you as soon as possible.

Should I sanitise the carrier?

Our shipping partners have trained their staff for contactless pickup and delivery. In addition, once you receive the package, keep it in a safe place aside for 48 hours. Wash your hands immediately. After 48 hours, discard the packaging material and wash hands thoroughly. You can use the product.
