Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders will be sent within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery Time: 7– 10 business days and upto 15 days for remote locations not accessed directly by our shipping partner.
There may be delays during Sale & Festival time.

Do you give refund due to delivery delay?

There are no refunds due to delays beyond the estimated delivery date. The estimated delivery date on the tracking page is only an estimate and not an accurate date of when the product will be delivered. It will take 7 to 10 business days for delivery once picked up.

Orders that have been picked up and in transit can be cancelled if the customer rejects delivery. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and balance will be refunded.

If your order status shows “Delivered” on the tracking page but you have not received it, get in touch with us within 2 days. Post which we cannot escalate the issue with the courier partner.

If an incorrect address or mobile number has been entered, what can be done?

If your order has not yet been picked up by the courier partner, we can edit the address/mobile number for you.

All deliveries are OTP verified. Thus, incorrect mobile numbers cannot be corrected once the order is picked up.If details given are incorrect, your order will be returned to us. You have 2 options,

Make a payment of Rs 500 and we will send the order again. Payment can be made via UPI.

Cancel the order, we will issue a refund after deducting Rs 500 once the package reaches our warehouse

Where do the products come from?

All products are dispatched from our warehouse in Delhi.

Do you ship out Internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship our Kol Kols around the globe. It will take upto 15 days for delivery.

Custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer only. Customers who reject delivery due to duties/customs charges will not receive a refund for shipping and their order. Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Products purchased during Sale/discounted price cannot be exchanged / returned / cancelled.

For orders that have not been shipped out, full refund will be issued. Please note that orders are picked up in the afternoon and get updated in the dashboard only by end of day.

Orders that have been picked up and in transit can be cancelled if the customer does not accept delivery. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.

Orders purchased at MRP can be returned. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded. No partial refund of

Orders(purchased at full price/MRP) will be given. The balance will be refunded only after the returned product reaches us and passes our inspection. Accessories cannot be exchanged/returned/cancelled.

How do I exchange my order within India?
  • Products purchased during sale/discounted price, back support, drool pads, hood, neck support and gift cards cannot be exchanged / returned.
  • We offer exchange for baby carriers purchased at MRP if approached within 7 days of delivery. Rs.500 will be deducted and a coupon of the balance amount will be issued to you with 1 week validity.
  • Carriers need to be in unused state with all original accessories, instruction manual and packaging. The same will be confirmed through images. Failure to do so will disqualify the request.
  • Once confirmed, a return pick up will be scheduled by us. Please note, the product needs to be sent back in the original packaging box you received it in. Deduction will be higher if sent in a different box.
  • Pack the product in the box without sealing. The pick-up agent will check the contents at the time of pick up.
  • Do take a picture of the agent with the box with permission and share as proof with us.
  • It will take upto 14 days for the product to reach our warehouse.
  • Upon inspection by our team to confirm the unused state of the product, we will issue the coupon.
  • Please note, in a case your original product value is more than the exchanged product value, no refund will be given for the balance amount.
If my order is eligible for return, what is the process?
  • Chat with us on Whatsapp from the registered mobile number for a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Carriers need to be in unused state with all original accessories, instruction manual and packaging. The same will be confirmed through images. Failure to do so will disqualify the request.

What if my product has a manufacturing defect?
  • Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We have a 2-day replacement policy, which means in 48 hours after receiving your product you can request a replacement due to manufacturing defect.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, instructional manual and in its original packaging.
  • To start the replacement process, you can contact us at support@kolkolbabycarrier.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. Once we receive the product and confirm it is unworn or unused and has the manual and original packaging, we will ship the replacement.

What are NOT manufacturing defects?

Products are NOT considered defective if they have any of the following :

  • Slight difference in colour from the product image is possible. We photograph our products in a way that shows them as they appear in real life. But sometimes, cameras can’t quite capture the colour, so you may notice a slight difference in colour from the product image.
  • The fabric may tend to rub or bleed. Follow our wash care instructions.
  • Handwoven fabric comes with a lot of character – loose threads, unevenness and snags. This is absolutely normal, and doesn’t affect the safety of the product in any manner. They aren’t flaws as much as much as stamps of their handwoven character.
  • Our terms and policies are subject to change.
What is covered under warranty?

Kol Kol products have a six month warranty against manufacturing flaws. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage.

  • In the unlikely instance in which there is a manufacturing issue, we will provide you with a refund or a comparable exchange.
  • To claim, the flawed item must be returned to us for inspection. Our products are handmade and may have slight variations that do not affect their use or safety.
  • Normal wear, fabric fading, minor size differences, common/normal wrap nubs or flaws, and sewing varieties are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty.
  • We are not responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. The term “altered” or “adapted” is defined as including, without limit, changing buckles, adding webbing, sewing, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after the purchase.
  • We are also not responsible for warranty coverage for any item that has been purchased secondhand.
How do I submit a warranty claim?

All Kol Kol products come under warranty when purchased directly through our website or an authorised retailer. If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please ensure your email includes the following:

  • Your order number or your proof of purchase showing the date and item purchased
  • Your shipping address
  • The product that you ordered
  • Photos of the damage
How do I exchange my order if delivered outside India?
  • International customers who reject delivery due to duties/customs charges will not receive a refund for shipping and product, as the cost to ship back to us will be higher than what you have already paid.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect(only in carriers), please send us an email to support@kolkolbabycarrier.com with clear pictures of the carrier. We cannot accept any refund request after 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the pictures and ascertain the refund value. We will offer a full or partial refund of the order value, deducting shipping cost paid. Custom duties and taxes will not be refunded. Refund will be processed in 10 days.
  • If your carrier has been damaged or tampered with in transit, we are not responsible. We will help you file a claim with the courier service, if you send us clear pictures/videos of the product in the package received.
  • All our refund terms apply only if the carrier has been purchased directly from our website.
