Wash Care

Follow our instructions to make the carrier last as long as your baby can use it.

We always suggest spot cleaning and washing only when you really need to.
Do not soak. Dip and dry in shade.
Hand-wash separately in cold water. Colors might run.
Use a mild detergent/soap.
Do not use softeners, whiteners, bleach or harsh chemicals.
Do not iron padded straps and belts.

Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

1. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. There may be delays during Sale time.
2. Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days and upto 15 days for remote locations not accessed directly by our shipping partner.

RETURNS

1. Products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged/returned/cancelled.
2. Orders that have not yet been shipped out, can be cancelled at no extra cost.
3. Orders that are in transit can be cancelled. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
4. Orders purchased at MRP can be returned. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded. The balance will be refunded only after the returned product reaches us and passes our inspection.

Absolutely love it! My little one literally grew up in her Kol Kol. We went everywhere and did everything. Travels were most convenient while I was breastfeeding. She would be on us while she was awake, I would nurse her in the Kol Kol and she would fall asleep too, all while being baby worn. Trekking up the snow clad mountains of Auli to trekking down the great Pyramids of Giza, wild life safaris to nature walks, homework with my older dauhhter to baking with her, being on stage for a talk to frequent zoom calls, Yamini has seen it all and enjoyed it all, while being KolKoled! Bayiravi Mani and the entire team at Kol Kol, thank you so much for helping us parents enjoy our children and making so many wonderful memories with them.
