All our products are made from running fabric so placement of motifs and designs may vary from the image. Just like our babies, no two Kol Kols are ever exactly the same.

Kol Kol fabric comes with a lot of character – loose threads, unevenness and slubs. This is absolutely normal, and doesn’t affect the safety of the product in any manner. They aren’t flaws as much as much as stamps of their natural character.

We photograph our products in a way that shows them as they appear in real life. But sometimes, cameras can’t quite capture the colour, so you may notice a slight difference in colour from the product image.

How to use

Follow our instructions to make the carrier last as long as your baby can use it.

1. We always suggest spot cleaning and washing only when you really need to.
2. Do not soak. Dip and dry in shade.
3. Hand-wash separately in cold water. Colors might run.
4. Use a mild detergent/soap.
5. Do not use softeners, whiteners, bleach or harsh chemicals.
6. Do not iron padded straps and belts.

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Your order will reach you in  5 to 7 business days and longer for remote locations not accessed directly by our shipping partner.

International shipping will take upto 10 days for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes & APO Addresses. Custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer only. All orders will be sent through DHL.

*Customers who reject delivery due to duties/customs charges will not receive a refund for shipping and their order.

We do not accept cancellation and returns. We accept exchange requests ONLY for our baby carriers. Products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged.
