Follow our instructions to make the carrier last as long as your baby can use it.

We always suggest spot cleaning and washing only when you really need to.
Do not soak. Dip and dry in shade.
Hand-wash separately in cold water. Colors might run.
Use a mild detergent/soap.
Do not use softeners, whiteners, bleach or harsh chemicals.
Do not iron padded straps and belts.

DELIVERY

1. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. There may be delays during Sale time.
2. Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days and upto 15 days for remote locations not accessed directly by our shipping partner.

RETURNS

1. Products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged/returned/cancelled.
2. Orders that have not yet been shipped out, can be cancelled at no extra cost.
3. Orders that are in transit can be cancelled. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
4. Orders purchased at MRP can be returned. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded. The balance will be refunded only after the returned product reaches us and passes our inspection.
5. Products will be replaced if there is any manufacturing defect

The KolKol baby carrier changed my parenting journey. Couldn’t have imagined going through the early year (with a bad sleeper), 20 flights before she turned 2, loads of international travel, nursing on the go, walking our dog while she slept in the carrier, fussy days and even a simple outing without the convenience and comfort of the KolKol.

My most favourite baby carrier is the Kolkol Adjustable. The fabric, cushioning, straps and buckles are of very good quality, easily adjustable and secure. Altering the straps and buckles is a breeze. I love that the carrier is washable and made of Indian handwoven fabric that softens with every wash. My child loved being worn in it and we have many beautiful memories of babywearing using the Kolkol Adjustable carrier.
