All our products are made from running fabric so placement of motifs and designs may vary from the image. Just like our babies, no two Kol Kols are ever exactly the same.

Kol Kol fabric comes with a lot of character – loose threads, unevenness and slubs. This is absolutely normal, and doesn’t affect the safety of the product in any manner. They aren’t flaws as much as much as stamps of their natural character.

We photograph our products in a way that shows them as they appear in real life. But sometimes, cameras can’t quite capture the colour, so you may notice a slight difference in colour from the product image.

How to use

Follow our instructions to make the carrier last as long as your baby can use it.

1. We always suggest spot cleaning and washing only when you really need to.
2. Do not soak. Dip and dry in shade.
3. Hand-wash separately in cold water. Colors might run.
4. Use a mild detergent/soap.
5. Do not use softeners, whiteners, bleach or harsh chemicals.
6. Do not iron padded straps and belts.

Shipping

• Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. There may be delays during Sale time.
• Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days and upto 10 days for remote locations not accessed directly by our shipping partner.
• Due to Covid-19, pick-up and delivery delays are common

Returns

• Products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged/returned/cancelled.
• Orders that have not yet been shipped out, can be cancelled.
• Orders that have been shipped out and in transit can be cancelled. However charges for shipping both ways Rs. 350 (even if shipping was free) will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
• Orders that have been delivered can be cancelled. We will deduct Rs 350 against courier charges incurred and transfer balance after the product reaches us. This is to ensure the product is in perfect condition.
• Products will be replaced if there is any manufacturing defect
