Disclaimer- All our products are made from running fabric so placement of motifs and designs may vary from the image. Just like our babies, no two Kol Kols are ever exactly the same.

Handwoven fabric comes with character like unevenness and slubs. This is absolutely normal and stamps of their natural character.

Slight difference in colour from the product image is normal as however hard we may try to capture the exact colours, a camera may never match a human eye’s perspective.

Facing-out Carry – when baby has strong head and neck control , approx. 6 months.

Back Carry – when baby is 65 cms tall , approx. 6 months.

Wash Care

Follow our instructions to make the carrier last as long as your baby can use it.

We always suggest spot cleaning and washing only when you really need to.
Wash separately in cold water as colours might run.
If washing by hand, do not soak the carrier.
If washing by machine, fasten buckles, place carrier in a pillow case, run it on the shortest cycle with low to medium spin speed.
Do not iron padded straps, belt and back support.
Use a mild detergent/soap.
Do not use softeners, whiteners, bleach or harsh chemicals.
Dry in shade

DELIVERY

1. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. There may be delays during Sale time.
2. Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days and upto 15 days for remote locations not accessed directly by our shipping partner.

RETURNS

1. Products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged/returned/cancelled.
2. Orders that have not yet been shipped out, can be cancelled at no extra cost.
3. Orders that are in transit can be cancelled. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
4. Orders purchased at MRP can be returned. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded. The balance will be refunded only after the returned product reaches us and passes our inspection.
5. Products will be replaced if there is any manufacturing defect
