RETURN POLICY
Cancellation & Returns
We are not accepting returns or exchanges due to Covid-19 for safety reasons, except for manufacturing defects. Products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged/returned.
Domestic Exchange
We only accept exchange requests for our baby carriers. Accessories and products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged.
If you have received a carrier that has manufacturing defect/s, please send us an email to [email protected] with the subject “DEFECTIVE” , with clear pictures of the carrier. Once we receive the carrier, we will share a coupon code of same value that you can use on our website.
Products are not considered defective if they have any of the following :
1. Slight difference in colour from the product image is possible.Unfortunately, a camera or a monitor cannot match the perspective of an eye.
2. Block printed fabric may tend to rub or bleed. This is an inherent quality of natural dyes. Since they are hand dyed and printed in batches, mild variations may occur.
3. Handwoven fabric comes with a lot of character – loose threads, uneveness and slubs. This is absolutely normal, and doesn’t affect the safety of the product in any manner. They aren’t flaws as much as much as stamps of their handwoven character.
If you wish to exchange your carrier without any manufacturing defect, send us an email to [email protected] with the subject “EXCHANGE”. We will charge you a restocking fee of Rs 250 & shipping fee of Rs 150. Once we receive the carrier in the same condition sent, we will share a coupon code, deducting restocking fee & shipping fee.If carrier is damaged in any way, we will not accept the exchange and will send the carrier back to you.
If your carrier has been damaged or tampered with in transit, we are not responsible. You will have to file a claim with the courier service yourself. We will send you clear pictures of the product in the package received to help with your claim.
Domestic Exchange Terms
1.Carrier has to be returned in 7 days of receiving. Post which, no exchange can be made.
2.It needs to be packed in its original packaging with the manual. A fee will be deducted if all are not sent.
3.The coupon code given will be valid only for a week. Any difference amount post usage of code will not be refunded. The code cannot be used with products on offer/discount.
4.Products bought during a sale or promotion cannot be exchanged, unless defective.
Domestic Return Shipping
Your are requested to self- ship your product to our warehouse address if you wish to exchange your product.
Please use a reliable courier service where you can track your package to return the product. We will not be responsible if the package is damaged or lost in transit. Return shipping cost will not be refunded.
Please return your carrier to the following address with a copy of your invoice or details of your order inside the package.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY
International customers who reject delivery due to duties/customs charges will not receive a refund for shipping and product, as the cost to ship back to us will be higher than what you have already paid.
We do not accept exchange requests for all our customers outside India. If there is a manufacturing defect(only in carriers), please send us an email to [email protected] with the subject “DEFECTIVE” , with clear pictures of the carrier. We cannot accept any refund request after 7 days of receiving the product.
We reserve the right to inspect the pictures and ascertain the refund value. We will offer a full or partial refund of the order value, deducting shipping cost paid. Custom duties and taxes will not be refunded. Refund will be processed in 10 days.
If your carrier has been damaged or tampered with in transit, we are not responsible. We will help you file a claim with the courier service, if you send us clear pictures/videos of the product in the package received.
All our refund terms apply only if the carrier has been purchased directly from our website.
