Wash Care

Follow our instructions to make the carrier last as long as your baby can use it.

We always suggest spot cleaning and washing only when you really need to.
Do not soak. Dip and dry in shade.
Hand-wash separately in cold water. Colors might run.
Use a mild detergent/soap.
Do not use softeners, whiteners, bleach or harsh chemicals.
Do not iron padded straps and belts.

Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

1. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. There may be delays during Sale time.
2. Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days and upto 15 days for remote locations not accessed directly by our shipping partner.

RETURNS

1. Products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged/returned/cancelled.
2. Orders that have not yet been shipped out, can be cancelled at no extra cost.
3. Orders that are in transit can be cancelled. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
4. Orders purchased at MRP can be returned. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded. The balance will be refunded only after the returned product reaches us and passes our inspection.

I really find Kolkol very comfortable..referred to so many people.. its not just about buying but after sales service and comfort which they provide by guiding for right fit through video calls.. so that baby also enjoys.. They are always reachable on whatsaap too to answer your all silly questions too keeping your and baby’s comfort at priority. Best part is they taught how easily you can wear and remove by urself without any support considering all safety measures. Thanks again for making my motherhood journey memorable.

A life savour during newborn period. The material is comfortable, not too hot for the climate here. It is extremely easy to use and gives a lot of handsfree time. I would recommend this to new parents
