Follow our instructions to make the carrier last as long as your baby can use it.

We always suggest spot cleaning and washing only when you really need to.
Do not soak. Dip and dry in shade.
Hand-wash separately in cold water. Colors might run.
Use a mild detergent/soap.
Do not use softeners, whiteners, bleach or harsh chemicals.
Do not iron padded straps and belts.

DELIVERY

1. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. There may be delays during Sale time.
2. Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days and upto 15 days for remote locations not accessed directly by our shipping partner.

RETURNS

1. Products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged/returned/cancelled.
2. Orders that have not yet been shipped out, can be cancelled at no extra cost.
3. Orders that are in transit can be cancelled. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
4. Orders purchased at MRP can be returned. However, Rs 500 will be deducted and the balance will be refunded. The balance will be refunded only after the returned product reaches us and passes our inspection.
5. Products will be replaced if there is any manufacturing defect

Itz fantastic. One of the best purchase during the first year of parenthood. Be it traveling, shopping, weddings, vacations or any other occasion, kolkoling always comes as a rescue. ???? The only drawback is that the color is fading. That’s why giving 4.7 rating.

I do not regret buying it. The best one can opt for. As a new mother I’m always searching for products which are baby friendly. My baby is always comfortable when she is in it and most of the time she sleeps off in it when I’m taking her for walk. It’s comfortable for her and doesn’t cause any rash since the quality of material used is equally good.
